### How to take a your videos

Follow these tips to ensure your video submission is as high-quality as possible.

### Lighting

We want to see your beautiful face! Be sure you're in a well-lit room and that you are not backlit.

### Background

Stand in front of a blank white wall or any background that isn't too busy. Keep background noise to a minimum if possible.

### Orientation

We'd like these videos in portrait, so you can hold your phone normally. Just be sure you're not covering the microphone!

### No students

We love hearing about your students' experiences, so please include them! But for this contest, please do not feature students or their likenesses in your videos.

### No visible brands

Please ensure that there is nothing on camera that includes a brand name or logo (unless it's Kira 😉), including on your clothing.
