KIRA BACK TO SCHOOL SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., 18 years or older, who are current teachers or educators at time of entry. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.
Promotion Period: Begins August 18th at 3:00 PM Eastern and ends September 17 at 11:59pm Eastern (“Entry Period”).

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
Email your full name, email address, and a link to your classroom wishlist to support@kira-learning.com with the subject line “Kira Back to School Sweepstakes Entry.”
Prizes: Up to 100 winners will each receive one item purchased from their Amazon classroom wishlist (maximum $25 value per item, including tax/shipping). Total prize pool value: up to $2,500. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable. Wishlist items must be available for purchase and shipping through Amazon at time of fulfillment.
Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawings may occur periodically (daily or every other day) throughout the Entry Period to maintain engagement. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform of entry and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
